Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 4-6 working days.
Express Delivery: Available for AED 40 extra. Customers opting for this service can receive their order on the same day (applicable within UAE).
Public Holidays: We make deliveries during public holidays but cannot guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe. We apologize in advance for any delays.

Dubai: Free for orders above AED 149.
Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: Free for orders above AED 249.
Standard Charges:
Dubai: AED 20 for orders below AED 149.
Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: AED 20 for orders below AED 249.
Gulf Countries: Shipping charges vary and will be communicated during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
