• Non-Eligible Items:

  • Items under AED 100 in value are not eligible for returns.

  • Any item that has been used, opened, or if the seal is broken, cannot be returned.

  • Electronic items are not returnable due to hygiene concerns, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

• The product must be in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and relevant materials intact.

• For electronics, it is crucial to retain the original packaging and any accompanying documents to process a return or refund.
